Most of our custom homes have been for past remodel customers.  Whether you have your own lot or need our help to secure one, we can take care of all the required steps to begin building your custom home.  This can included getting a set of plans, submitting applications for required permits and obtaining all the approvals necessary to begin construction.  We have an arcitect and engineer whom we are comfortable working with, but we can use any set of approved plans. Whether it is 1,500 sqft or 15,000 sqft, we can build your dream home for a fraction of the cost of most contractors.
